Pay in full only when it works.
Every lesson's price is split in two. 20% pay-as-you-go with the lesson. 80% only if your child hits the target you agree.

Prices
One rate per tier
Every teacher is in one of three tiers, and every teacher in a tier costs the same. You pay 20% of the hourly price as you go; the rest only for results.
Early Career
Qualified teachers in their first two years.

Teachers with years of classroom and tutoring experience.

Super Teacher
Our most experienced teachers, including heads of department and examiners.

Super Teachers have no improvement fee: you pay the performance fee only if the target is met.

Why we can do this
We only work with qualified teachers we have met in person. When a plan doesn't work, the loss is ours, so we are careful about who we put in front of your child.
